Small Order, Packaging, and Shipping Costs
Orders up to 30 kg (“Postpakket zending”)
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship all our orders with PostNL.
The packages can be tracked with a track and trace code. You can request the code from us after receiving your order confirmation.

Orders over 30 kg
Within the Netherlands and Europe, we ship all our orders over 30 kg via a carrier specialized in transporting heavier and larger items. Delivery is on half or full Euro pallets. The pallets are sealed.
Our carrier delivers orders on the following days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If you are not present and the goods cannot be delivered, double the shipping costs will be charged. Our carrier arrives with a truck with a tail lift. The carrier will deliver the order to your specified location, unless this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances (gravel path, speed bumps, unpaved road, etc.).
Any damage to the order upon delivery must always be noted on the consignment note. If this is not done, we cannot process the damage.

Other shipping rates
If the shipping rates above are not listed for your order, we will have to calculate them manually for you. The shipping costs depend on the following factors:
– The dimensions of the item(s)
– The weight of the item(s)
– Country of destination
Small order costs
The small order costs (processing costs) are €15 per order when placing an order equal to or less than €150.00.
