DC Motors
Creusen 2.0 B.V. DC motors: from design to production
Creusen 2.0 B.V. offers a total concept: from design to production. You will be involved in the process from start to finish.
After the first meeting with one of our engineers, you will receive a proposal. Whether it concerns a standard product, a modification or a customized solution.
The development process, including prototype construction, takes place entirely in our company. For the production of series, we call in our worldwide cooperation partners. It is also economically justifiable to manufacture larger numbers.
A fair price is available and highly valued at Creusen 2.0 B.V.
Our Engines
In almost all cases, it concerns customer-specific engines, completely customized. In addition, it is possible to modify standard motors so that they offer a custom-made solution for your machine or system. You can also choose from our range of standard motors, which we develop and produce entirely in-house.
Size, voltages, powers and speeds
Our standard motors offer different sizes, voltages, powers and speeds.

With Carbon Brush
Permanent magnet DC motor with carbon brush
Characteristics:
▪ High efficiency due to no copper losses in the stator
▪ Stator is fitted with permanent magnets
▪ Rotor is provided with copper wire
▪ Performance comparable to shunt DC motors
▪ Constant speed with varying load
Without Carbon Brush
Classic DC motor without carbon brush
Characteristics:
▪ Widely applicable
▪ Stator and rotor with copper wire
▪ “Wound field motor”
▪ DC motor
▪ Variety of electrical circuits
▪ Choice between shunt circuit, series circuit or compound circuit
▪ Possibility to switch on the motor completely in one go, even at high voltages
Generators
Permanent magnet synchronous motor without carbon brush
Characteristics:
▪ Stator with copper wire
▪ Rotor fitted with permanent magnets
▪ No power to the motor, so no collector and carbon brushes needed
▪ Up to 96% engine efficiency
▪ Limited engine maintenance required
▪ Compact construction
BL/AC Motor
Permanent magnet synchronous motor without carbon brush
Characteristics:
